You own your domain, your ad accounts, and your payment processing.

Questions

The things everyone asks first.

Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep the number on your signs, your cards, and your Google listing. We set up call forwarding so that when nobody answers, the call reaches us — and everything else about your phone stays the same.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine, and most of what we do never touches it. The missed-call text-backs, reminders, review requests and win-backs all run off your phone number and your customer list. If you'd like the chat assistant on your site too, that's one line of code on almost any platform.
How long until it's actually working?
Most of it is live within a few days of our first call. Text messaging takes longer because mobile carriers have to approve your business first — that's an industry requirement, not our process, and we handle the paperwork.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. It's month to month, and you can cancel any part of it whenever you like. Your domain, your ad accounts, your Google profile and your payment processing all stay in your name, so nothing is held hostage if you leave.
Will customers know they're talking to a computer?
It answers in your business's voice and handles the ordinary questions — hours, availability, what you charge. Anything unusual, or any unhappy customer, goes straight to a real person instead of being answered automatically.
